All entrants must complete the Permission Form

Download the form here, print, sign, and include the original with the entire entry package. Please note that if the entry is nominated by someone other than the original author/producer/etc. of the entry, the nominator is responsible for securing the nominee's signature on the permission form.

By signing this document, entrants grant the Grantham Prize and the Metcalf Institute permission to use quotes, photos, and appropriate captions, video, or voice recordings from the named entry for specific educational (not commercial) purposes.

Metcalf Institute and the Grantham Prize acquire no rights to this material except for the uses specified on the permission form, nor is Metcalf Institute or the Grantham Prize authorized to transfer any rights to any other person or organization.
